A: To request a refund or adjustment, write a letter to the District Board of Directors. The letter must state the reason for the refund or adjustment. For example, if you had a leak and had the leak repaired. The Board will hear your request at a regular Board Meeting held the second Monday of each month. Generally the Board forgives 1/2 of the leak overage. If on a fixed income, additional resources are available.
